Initial Public Offering of 26,000,000 shares, with a nominal value Rp 500 per share. The Company’s shares were listed on the Surabaya Stock Exchange with ticker code DKFT.
2008
Increase of the Company’s subscribed and fully paid-up capital through the issue of shares without preemptive rights to PT Jinsheng Mining, with the total issued shares of 44,034,000 shares with a nominal price of Rp 500 per share.
2011
Limited Public Offering with Pre-emptive Rights (Rights Issue) of 983,736,000 shares with the exercise price of Rp 1,000 per share to increase paid up capital from 109,304,000 shares to 1,093,040,000 shares with a nominal share price of Rp 500 per share. The Rights issue was accompanied with issue of Series I Warrant amounting to 36,434,666 shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange at an execution price of Rp1,250.

PT Jinsheng Mining (JM) is the owner of 62% of the Company's total capital, thus it is the majority shareholder of the company at present.
