Muhammad Rusjdi

Independent Commissioner

Has been serving as Independent Commissioner of the Company since August 2020. Currently. He has also been serving as Independent Commssioner of PT Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk since 2014 and as Commssioner of PT Proline Finance since 2018.

Prior joining the Company, He started his career by working at Departemen Keuangan Republik Indonesia (Finance Department) from 1981 to 2007. He also has been working as a member of a Risk Mmonitoring Committee at PT Bank Windu Kentjana Tbk from 2008 to 2011.

Kurniadi Atmosasmito

President Commisioner

An Indonesia citizen, was officially appointed as President Commissioner of PT Central Omegra Resources Tbk, based on the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 28 Juni 2024.

Graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Krisnadwipayana University in 1986 and completed Magister Management from LPMI Jakarta in 1998.

He began his professional career as an Auditor in KAP Ishak Nukman and Partners in 1978. Subsequently, from 1980 he held various positions in PT Aneka Tambang Tbk until his last position as Finance Director in 2008. Then he served as President Director of PT KAI Commuter Indonesia (2009-2011) and as Finance Director of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (2011-2016) and as as a Commissioner of PT Medco Energi Mining Internasional (2018 -2020).

Lim Anthony

An Indonesia citizen, was officially appointed as Commissioner of PT Central Omegra Resources Tbk, based on the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 28 Juni 2024.

Completed his last education at Bunda Hati Kudus Senior High School in 1978.

Previously, he served as the Company's President Commissioner (2020 -2024). He once served as Director in several companies, among others, he has served as a leader in several companies, among others, in 1998-1999 at PT Indobahari Persada as President Director, in 2003 - 2015 at PT Taman Talagaking as President Director, in 2011 - 2016 at the Company as Director.

Cheng Eng Thing

An Indonesia citizen, was officially appointed as Commissioner of PT Central Omegra Resources Tbk, based on the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 28 Juni 2024.

He obtained a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Honours) from Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia in 1986.

He started his career in 1990-1996 as Division Head of Palm Oil Mill and Ceramics, PT Euro Asiatic Jaya, then as a Director of Business Development, PT Top Growth Futures (1997 - 2013), as Director of Business Development, PT Alam Lestari Kencana (2010 – 2013), as Director of Business Development, PT Multi Baja Industry (2013 – 2015) and as Director – Human Resources & Business Development, PT Wanatiara Persada (2015 – present).
