The Company through its subsidiary, PT Mulia Pacific Resources (“PT MPR”) has purchased 375 shares of PT Afit Lintas Jaya (“PT AFIT”) from the Shareholders of PT AFIT with a transaction value of Rp 10,000,000,000,-

PT AFIT is a mining company holder of the Mining Business Permit Operation and Producton of Limestone (IUP) in North Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi. The products of PT AFIT, are used as raw materials in the nickel smelter industry in the area around North Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi.

The acquisition of PT AFIT shares by PT MPR is not an affiliated transaction as referred to in the Regulation of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Number 42/POJK.04/2020 concerning Affiliated Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions.
